&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; (سامانه یکپارچه صندوق رفاه دانشجویان) که در ذیل همین اطلاعیه قرارداده شده و روش ثبت نام و درخواست وام در سیستم جدید صندوق رفاه را تشریح نموده مطالعه و طبق مراحل ذکر شده در فایل های pdf ، ثبت نام و درخواست وام خود را در سایت صندوق رفاه &nbsp; (https:\/\/refah.swf.ir)&nbsp; انجام داده سپس به سایت دانشگاه www.mohajer.tvu.ac.ir (معاونت دانشجویی- امور وام) مراجعه و پس از&nbsp;مطالعه اطلاعیه وام در ذیل اطلاعیه نوع وام، فایل ضمیمه را دریافت و تکمیل نموده و آن را بارگذاری نمایند. .\r\n\r\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ضمناً دانشجویانی که تعهد محضری نداده اند باید در سایت دانشگاه- معاونت دانشجویی-امور وام، پس از مطالعه اطلاعیه تعهد محضری &nbsp;، فایل ضمیمه را دریافت و در یکی از دفاتر اسناد رسمی کشور به اتفاق ضامن، آن را تنظیم کرده و با مدارک ضامن که در اطلاعیه ذکر شده در سایت صندوق رفاه بارگذاری کرده و اصل آن را به امور وام دانشگاه تحویل&nbsp;
